🔪 Prep Cook
Job Responsibilities:

Assist with daily food prep (vegetable cutting, sauce prep, marinating, etc.)

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation

Follow health & safety standards

Support chefs with service prep and basic cooking

Assist with inventory and restocking

Requirements:

Active Food Handler Certificate:
Previous kitchen experience is a must (Vietnamase/Thai cuisine a plus)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Team player and dependable

🍽️ Busser
Job Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables efficiently

Assist servers and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

Refill water and provide basic customer service

Help with end-of-day cleaning and setup

Requirements:

Friendly attitude and willingness to help

Fast and efficient work style

Evening and weekend availability preferred

Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train
