Scratch Bakery Café in Laguna Hills is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cookie Maker and Bagger to join our team! Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Portion dough, shape cookies, and arrange on baking sheets.
• Bag and package cookies accurately, ensuring freshness and proper labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking and packaging area.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience in baking or food production is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Ability to tie ribbon and twine efficiently.
• Attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual.
Work Hours & Compensation
• Part-time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. One or two additional days may be added closer to holiday busy season.
• Minimum wage.
