The Role: As a Busser/Runner, you are the backbone of the guest experience. You make the difference by ensuring the restaurant flows seamlessly. You will support the service team by maintaining clean tables, delivering fresh seafood to guests, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed in a polite and sincere manner.
Key Responsibilities: Table Management: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow.
Food Running: Promptly delivering dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables with a professional presentation.
Guest Interaction: Greeting guests warmly and assisting with beverage service or minor requests.
Team Support: Assisting servers and bartenders with various tasks to ensure a "five-star" service level.
Cleanliness: Maintaining the overall aesthetic and cleanliness of the dining room and service stations.
What We’re Looking For: The "Coastal" Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and professional. And, you can stay calm and kind during a busy weekend night.
Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and listen actively to guest and teammate needs.
Organization: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to think two steps ahead regarding table rotations.
Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays (standard for the hospitality industry).
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
