we are a busy catering company looking for a dishwasher/ prep cook who can start immediately.
our kitchen is located on the west side of costa mesa.
multiple shifts available.
day shift is typically 8am-3pm. roughly 35-40 hours per week.
evening shift is typically 1-8pm. 35-40+ hours a week.
responsibilities
-washing, sanitizing and restocking all kitchen equipment and catering equipment
-maintaining kitchen cleanliness including dish room
-accepting deliveries and putting away properly
-daily + weekly cleaning duties according to checklist
-packing and unpacking catering vans
-end of day closing duties (sweep, mop, trash, etc).
