🍷 SERVER
Create memorable guest experiences and guide guests through our signature dishes, fine wines, and handcrafted cocktails.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years fine dining experience (required)
• Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge
• POS proficiency and guest-first mindset
🍸 BARTENDER
Join our dynamic bar team crafting high-end, Asian-inspired cocktails, sake, and wines by the glass.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years fine dining or upscale bar experience (required)
• California RBS Certification & Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
• Strong mixology, wine, and spirit knowledge
🙋♀️ HOST / HOSTESS
Be the first smile our guests see and the last thank-you they hear! Coordinate reservations, manage the front door flow, and set the tone for every experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in fine dining or high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication & multitasking skills
• Professional and poised demeanor
🚀 FLOATER (Runner • Expo • To-Go Support)
Support every corner of service—food running, expo plating checks, and take-out packaging. Perfect for those seeking to grow into a Server or Bartender role.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in fine dining or service support (required)
• Organized, fast-paced, and detail-oriented
• California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
