**The Wooden Pearl** is a refined seafood and steak restaurant located in the iconic Anaheim Packing House. We’re known for elevated cuisine, warm hospitality, and a commitment to culinary excellence. We’re currently seeking a **skilled Brunch & Prep Cook** to join our back-of-house team.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Execute upscale brunch service with consistency and finesse
- Prep ingredients for brunch and dinner menus (proteins, sauces, garnishes, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and proper storage
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 2+ years experience in fine dining or upscale kitchens
- Strong brunch cooking skills (eggs, griddle, sauté, plating)
- Excellent knife skills and prep efficiency
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Available early mornings, weekends, and holidays
