Experienced Bartender

• Engage guests by providing recommendations from our menu and guiding them through their beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high level of attentiveness to guest needs.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to meet guest demand.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for responsible alcohol service, including monitoring guest intoxication levels and intervening when necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and sanitized environment, including regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, guest-centric environment is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests effectively.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends.
• Familiarity with responsible alcohol service practices and willingness to uphold company standards.
