We are a professional event staffing company seeking one experienced craft cocktail bartender for a private event in Los Alamitos this Saturday.
This is not an entry-level bartending role. Please apply only if you are confident working a full cocktail bar without a set menu and can handle guests ordering classic and custom cocktails on the fly.
Event Details:
• Location: Los Alamitos, CA
• Date: Saturday
• Time: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Pay: $25/hour
• Tips: Tip jars allowed
Requirements (Must Have):
• Proven experience making craft cocktails (classic & custom)
• Ability to work confidently without a preset bar menu
• Strong guest interaction skills; quick thinking and hospitable under pressure
• Black bistro attire (black button down shirt, black pants, black shoes)
• Your own complete bar kit, including:
• Shaker
• Jigger
• Muddler
• Strainer
• Bar spoon
• Bar mat
• Your own bar towels
We Will Provide:
• Pour bottles
• Garnish caddy
• Napkin caddy
• Standard bar service setup
Host will be providing all cocktail supplies. You will have an hour to get set up.
This role requires someone who is comfortable, polished, and efficient in a fast-paced environment where guests may request a wide range of cocktails.
If you are not experienced with crafting cocktails beyond basic mixed drinks, this position will not be a good fit.
