A family in Ladera Ranch, Orange County is looking for a full-time nanny for their two boys ages 4 and 9 years old. The most attention will be for their youngest son who has a lot of energy, is very active but also has some developmental delays such as speech and potty training. Some one with ABA or a past in speech pathology would be a bonus but not necessary. They can guarantee 35+ hours of work a week with some weeks being closer to 40 hours. The schedule is Monday - Friday 1-8 p.m. with some opportunity to gain hours on the front end if needed, or some flexibility with some weekends here and there. This family also may ask this nanny to do a few overnights when the dad travels for work, and even in the future do some travel with the family. They are looking for a self-starter, ideally someone with experience working with kids with speech delay and hard of hearing. Also someone who is okay with doing some laundry, dishes, light upkeep of the home and keeping everything very tidy. This is a long-term position and want someone to grow with their family! Pay is $38-40 an hour and starts as soon as they find the right fit.
