This CD with "Don't Disturb This Groove" will bring back memories of when you were in high school.
Mic Murphy and David Frank are musical geniuses who were very underrated in my book. Every song is danceable and listenable. "Don't disturb this groove" sounds just as fresh and fun today as it was back in the day.

Both versions of Groove are incredible, I only wish they had included the 12-inch version of "Groove" on this as well. Some of the music sounds a little dated-"House of rhythm" comes to mind, the rap on the song is just talking and not the rap style of today. But this is a great album, and since I received it last week have received almost non-stop play on my CD player in my car.
