if you know anything about vw such as golf or audi A3 and S3 for a small example, you will need this to code your car with this tool. look more into what you need to modify your car.
i sold my car so im now selling this tool.
free downloads and updates for the software. all you need is the genuine cable. genuine cables will work properly.
examples of what i was able to do on my own car before i sold it:
reset the oil service light.
code for folding mirrors.
calibrate all lights. brighter or dimmer or turn them off or turn them on.
remove the ding sound for the seat belt.
turn signals were adjusted to more temp flash.
seat heating memory was adjusted to remember and also last longer during warm up.
remote key fob, wind up windows and wind down windows. close sunroof or open sunroof.
these are just a slight amount of moding that you can do with this tool.
as there are way more but too much to list.
also, i would recommend that you look up coding if you need to know what your car can do. as each car is different. i do not know more than what i can do with my car. i will not be able to answer anything about your car.
