Copier will not power on - otherwise its a pristine machine. It was working great until this problem occurred. All the functions: printing, feeder and paper trays were working fine. The touchscreen is in beautiful condition, as are the buttons. I believe the page count is under 50,000 - given its capacity it's barely broken-in. Its on its second laser drum.

The copier has been in a small church office since it was new. This model is more machine than we need so it was cheaper to buy a smaller machine than to pay for the most basic on-site repair. Our page count is around 200/month on the replacement machine with the same usage pattern. We did not have a service tech evaluate the machine for a repair, so I have no information on what's causing the lack of power issue.

New power supply units are $300 - I think that would solve the problem. Newegg offers a refurbished version of this printer model for $1,800, so its still a valuable machine. It prints 55ppm which is pretty respectable.

The Product Code is MAE, manufacture date December 2013, serial number MAE974910, it weighs about 100 pounds. It does not have the fax option.
