Comes with original instruction manual and a few tube charts, along with CRT test adapter and test leads as well.

I've tested about a dozen various tubes with it and it works well, all though I don't know how long ago it might have been serviced/calibrated. (Capacitors look original in it so same goes for accuracy of volt/ohm meter)

I have not tested any CRT tubes as far as that function goes.
