The meter is in excellent condition and fully functional.
Only the power cord is included. THE TEST CABLE IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED. No other manual, fixture or accessories is included unless otherwise specified.
This meter is great for measuring Inductance, Capacitance and Resistance with large digital display panel. Measurement Range is: 100Hz, 120Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz.
