When the church I worked for moved out of its old digs I had to uninstall anything I could unscrew and pack away.
Our new quarters were much smaller, so no fiber. We have this Corning, model WCH-04P, wall mount closet. It accepts four standard closet connector housing (CCH) connector panels. Included are the four CCH (pass through) panels that were originally installed. I believe the model number is: CCH-CP12-KL. However, the photo can tell a better story.

I would plug it in for you to demo it on the front porch, but no place to plug in. Its pretty much a non-electric hunk of steel and plastic for fiber optics that you can look at and decide if its for you. You get everything you see in the photos.
