Intern, Entry, Experienced Level Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Architectural Engineer/Designer and Cad Operator (Encouraging college students, graduates, and long-distance commuters to apply)
INTERN QUALIFICATIONS
• Software Skills: Proficient in design software and willing to learn new tools.
• Education: Currently enrolled in college (any major), with preference for engineering or architecture students.
ENTRY AND EXPERIENCED MECHANICAL (HVAC), ELECTRICAL, ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER/DESIGNER QUALIFICATIONS
• Software skills: AutoCAD training (preferred) or previous experience (plus)
• Entry Level: Previous experience with A/E. (plus)
• Education: Engineering or architectural school. (preferred)
• Experienced Engineer Level: Experience with A/E with good AutoCAD skills, Hap, and Title 24 (preferred)
ENTRY LEVEL MECHANICAL (HVAC), ELECTRICAL, ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER/DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform field verification tasks confirming as-built conditions.
• Generate field verification reports.
• Perform engineering service requirements based on Codes and program requirements.
• Mostly government projects in LA County Area.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Mostly residential projects based on template designs.
• Start early and leave early potential. (Encourage to apply from long distance commuters.-1 hr or less)
• Full-time potential.
AUTOCAD DRAFTER (Encourage to apply from long distance commuters.)
• Seeking Independent AutoCAD Design Drafter for in-house design/drafting on an as-needed basis. Please submit resume with desired hourly rates.
