ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to support our household and family with a combination of home management, personal assistance, bookkeeping, and housekeeping tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, comfortable wearing many hats, and enjoys both home and administrative work; a positive thinker, thirsty to learn and open to an ever-changing role who welcomes challenges while at the same time being ok with mundane and boring tasks.
This position can be MODIFIED/TAILORED depending on your strengths (household management, personal assistant work or bookkeeping).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal & Household Support
• Run personal errands, research projects, and shopping tasks
• Manage files, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and paper records
• Transport vehicles to service and maintenance appointments
• Light household cleaning and maintenance (deep cleaning done by separate crew every 2 weeks)
• Assemble household items (IKEA/Amazon furniture, small projects)
• Grocery shopping and household supply management
• Laundry and ironing
• Meal prep for breakfast, lunch, and dinner 3–4 times per week
• Occasional babysitting (15-year-old; possible newborn in 1–2 years, not currently needed)
• Care for 1 pet: Bearded dragon (daily feeding; cage cleaning twice per month)
Administrative & Assistant Duties
• Manage calendars, schedules, reminders, and appointments
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks
• Act as liaison between homeowner and employees, clients, and vendors
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
• Assist with planning and coordinating events and parties
• Occasional business-related travel (3–4 times per year, 2–3 days at a time; notice provided)

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS (RECOMMENDED BUT OPEN TO DIFFERENT SKILLSETS)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish a plus
• 2+ years experience in administrative, executive assistant, or personal assistant roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, assertive, independent, and resourceful
• Tech-savvy: able to learn or already familiar with Google Suite, Word, Excel, Dropbox, etc.
• Comfortable with online research and problem-solving
• Not afraid of hands-on tasks or simple tools (screwdriver, hammer, etc.)
• Clean driving record
• Background check and credit check required (financial and criminal)
