Small office in Orange needs a cleaner.

Very small office with only 2 people, so we do not need weekly service. Looking more for monthly or on-demand cleaning.

Cleaning needed:
- 2 restrooms
- 1 lobby area
- 1 office

That’s it.

I would like to keep this simple and do it as a flat 1-hour cleaning rate. Whatever gets done in that hour gets done.

First cleaning needed today, and I am willing to pay a little more for the first visit since it will be a deeper cleaning.
