Set up Friday afternoon or evening May 15th and strike Sunday, May 17 at 6:00pm.
Use your equipment or outside rental
Two speaker PA sound system
Mixer
Four mics (two lav/headset and two handheld)
One or two projectors or LED screens
Two stage wash lights (one on each side of the room)
Two or three video cameras
Two person crew
Etc.
