Helping a friend sell his nearly flawless Honda Element. This car is almost 20 years old with 195K miles but is in just exceptional condition. The owner bought this car brand new and it has lived its life in Southern CA.
The body and paint are in like new condition, a little fading to the rear hatch panel is about the only flaw on the car. There are no dings, no scratches. I cannot find anywhere on the body that has any work done to it.
The interior is as nice as the exterior, nothing is worn out, no rips or tears in the upholstery anywhere. Smells good, none smoker.
Dave, the owner is a mechanic and has maintained this car to perfection from mile 6 when he purchased it. The records that go with this car are beyond anything I have ever seen. Meticulous notes on every single service performed, by the book and stamped in the service book along with invoices for everything.
