Titled in our name, owned for close to a year. We poured close to 2500$ in maintenance recently resealing the valve cover, all gaskets on it, oil filter housing gasket replaced, pulleys and belts, power steering pump and lines, and footwell module. No check engine light, AC works, Radio works. Tags up to date and passed smog. Around 140,000 miles and will go up. Clean title, well maintained. Has N52 motor known as BMW most reliable engines because of simplistic inline 6 naturally aspirated design. Carfax included in listing. 21mpg currently mainly driving in Anaheim city area with occasional freeway driving. Cons: sunroof does not work, window needs reintialized but still works.
