Timing belt has not been done - that's probably something you should do if you buy and plan to keep the car for longer term. The whole engine compartment is free of any leaking etc, it's very clean.
I don't have full maintenance records. All the HVAC servos (which are problematic on these vehicles) were changed out, there was a door lock actuator that quit working that we replaced, and a sensor that was associated with the accelerator pedal. The maintenance has been oil every 5,000 miles, new brakes and battery 1,000 miles ago, new tires 5,000 miles ago.
The only modifications is to the audio system, which was swapped out for a Kenwood unit that has Apple Car Play. We swapped out the 4in door speakers for 6.5 in speakers for better sound. The rest of the car is completely original.
We had someone scratch the rear door so that was re-painted a couple years ago. No notable tears, rips, stains etc, the interior is in amazing shape. A few normal wear items here and there.
We bought it with 65,000 miles about 3 years ago and it's been great. My son left for college (US Coast Guard Academy) where they don't let you have a car until your are a junior, so that is why we are selling it.
