Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify multiple Entry Level Consumer Affair Analysts for an immediate position.
In this role you would be responsible for supporting the department with daily data management, administration and analytical support of escalated customer cases to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for vehicle owners. Specific responsibilities will include: taking incoming calls that dealers are unable to resolve; analyze, coordinate and respond to all escalated customer cases the department's established guidelines and protocol maintaining a high level of customer service; administration and documentation of all customer cases in a Siebel system including processing of goodwill requests, repurchase requests and replacement vehicle requests all the while achieving established department objectives; provide support and work in conjunction with management towards assisting any customer situations or cases while adhering to company and department policies and objectives. Will perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Position is long term indefinite temp, with very strong potential to go temp to hire for the right person. We fill these positions year round and most of our employees get hired and promoted into other roles as they gain experience. Hours are M-F from 8AM - 5PM. Pay is $18/hr.
No experience required! To qualify you must have a completed Bachelors degree and excellent communication skills. We will look at people from all industries - retail, restaurant, office, customer service, administrative, etc. The ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate we can train from the ground up.
