• Greet clients and ensure a seamless, positive experience from start to finish
• Manage client appointments and inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Support team operations and assist with service coordination
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting environment
• Handle light administrative tasks including scheduling, follow-up, and client communication
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Previous experience in hospitality, client care, or service coordination preferred (but not required — we provide full PAID training)
