Location: Irvine, CA
Position: Member Services Call Center Representative
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM / 8 Hour shifts (need to be flexible on time)
Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour with an excellent benefits package!

MEMBER SERVICES REP JOB DUTIES:
Provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers while documenting inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, grievance and appeals, and other inquires.
Document all customer transactions
Maintain a quality score of 95% or better
MEMBER SERVICES REP REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum 6 months of Dental or Health Insurance experience - REQUIRED
Consistent job history
Call Center experience a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum typing of 35 wpm (Test will be administered)
Experience in Microsoft Outlook
High School Diploma or GED is required
