Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients (no outbound prospecting)
Conduct virtual meetings to strengthen client relationships
Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our services
Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process
Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship-driven and client-focused mindset
Coachable and able to implement proven processes
Self-disciplined and accountable in a remote environment
Comfortable using phone and video platforms (Zoom, etc.)
Previous experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required
