We’re currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with existing clients only — no cold calling or lead chasing required.
Your mission: deliver value, build trust, and create long-term client success.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients (no outbound prospecting)
Conduct virtual meetings to strengthen client relationships
Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our services
Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process
Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience
🎯 Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship-driven and client-focused mindset
Coachable and able to implement proven processes
Self-disciplined and accountable in a remote environment
Comfortable using phone and video platforms (Zoom, etc.)
Previous experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required
