Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email with placing, tracking, and managing orders.
• Ensure order fulfillment aligns with stock availability and delivery timelines.
• Provide information on product specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, freight carriers, and couriers to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update order statuses in the system.
• Support the sales team with quotes, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as required to support business operations.
