Looking for flexible, hands-on IT work? Join our team as an Independent Contractor and work on a variety of on-demand FieldNation projects.
You'll collaborate remotely with our Project Coordinator (Vic) and Bidding Team through a dedicated WhatsApp group, receiving job opportunities based on your availability.
💵 Compensation
✅ Standard Service Calls: $35–$40/hour + gas reimbursement
✅ Assisting Senior Technicians: $25/hour + gas reimbursement
✅ Materials (Cat5e cables, connectors, etc.) are reimbursed
✅ Most jobs have a 2-hour minimum
✅ Payments sent bi-weekly via Zelle
🛠 Typical Scope of Work
Projects vary but commonly include:
• Cat5e/Cat6 cable installations
• Network equipment setup and router configuration
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• POS and telephone system deployment
• AV display and digital signage support
• Low-voltage and structured cabling projects

✔ Basic low-voltage and networking tools
✔ Reliable vehicle (travel radius typically 10–40 miles)
✔ Ladder preferred
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Comfortable using smartphones and apps for documentation
✔ Willing to service areas including:
