SR. ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT - Multifamily - $140k - $180k + Benefits

We are seeking a high-level Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical operations for large-scale multifamily residential projects (Podium, Wrap, and Mixed-Use) throughout the Greater South Bay Area. You will be the primary field leader responsible for execution, subcontractor management, and safety from groundbreaking to closeout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead on-site electrical construction for large multifamily developments.
Supervise electrical foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects hit schedule and budget milestones.
Interface with GCs, PMs, Inspectors, and Utility providers.
Enforce strict OSHA compliance and jobsite safety standards.
Track labor productivity and resolve complex constructability challenges.
Mentor field leadership and manage project punch lists.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1015+ years of Electrical Construction experience.
PROVEN experience in Multifamily/Residential builds (Required).
Deep knowledge of NEC and California Building Codes.
Ability to manage large crews and multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid Drivers License.
