Inside Sales Representative (Remote or In-Shop) – Water Heaters & Appliances – OC
Small Orange County service business is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help follow up with customers and close sales for water heaters and appliances.
We offer flexible work options: work from home or part-time in our shop.

Job Duties:
* Follow up with customer leads via phone, text, and email
* Close sales for water heater installations and appliances
* Schedule appointments and follow up on estimates
* Maintain communication with customers until job completion
* Attend weekly in-person meeting in Orange County

Compensation:
* Commission-based pay structure
* $50 per water heater sale
* $50 per standard appliance sale
* 10% commission on high-end appliances ($3,000+)
* Pay structure is flexible and may be adjusted based on experience, performance, and ability to close sales
* Higher earning potential available for experienced sales closers
