We're looking for our loved one, Joseph (Joe) Todd, who's missing in Orange County. He's 31 years old, has been spiraling emotionally since his dad’s death in March. He's homeless now, but has been staying on the streets recently in Tustin and Santa Ana. Joe is around 5'8", black beanie, a goatee, wears black jeans, a grey hoodie always has his black bookbag. He's soft-spoken, keeps to himself, may appear emotionally withdrawn. He frequents the Tustin Library area, tustin shopping plazas, Tustin, Orange, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa. If anyone sees him or hears anything, please let us know. His family just wants to bring him somewhere safe we miss him very much.
