I’m offering free strength training to a small number of people so I can create coaching and training content for my Instagram.
What’s included:
• 4 in-person strength training sessions
• 2 months of structured strength programming
• Focus on building strength, improving technique, and structural balance
This is completely free.
In return, I ask for three things:
- Consistency — show up and follow the program
- Permission to record parts of sessions for educational content on my Instagram (no personal info shared)
- An honest review, if earned — no pressure, only if you genuinely feel it’s deserved
This is real coaching. Not random workouts.
