Description: This listing is for a genuine vintage 1976 Eye Chart Mirror. The mirror has printed graphics of eyes (with pince-nez glasses) and letters of the alphabet in various sizes. These were used for eye chart testing but also makes a great nostalgic wall display for those who love the history of optometry and medicine. Frame measures 18.5" high X 12.5" wide x 1/2" inch.
Condition: The mirror face looks well preserved considering age, but there is a small chip/crack at the extreme lower right edge of the frame - under the "Infinite Alpha USA 1976" printing (See image close up). The silver-toned metal frame holds the glass firmly and only has minor signs of wear. Please see images for more detail on cosmetic condition.
