Original owner since the 1980s. Rare Pluto figure.
Signed Disney on a back paw.
Signed, Made in China, Putian 14412KH on the bottom of the black bag.
5" Tall in front, 4" Tall in the back and about 4" across the base.
Weighs heavy for its size. Might be a plaster material. Does not feel like plastic.
Underneath one front paw, it has 3 black foot pads.
Trick or Treat bag has colorful candy in it and, Pluto has a mouthful of colorful candy.
Appears to be wearing a pirate hat.
Also wearing a red and white polka dot bandana.
