This is a specialized reusable transport container for Raytheon Laser Guidance Kit for the Paveway II Laser Guided Bombs.
The latch handles are removed. But still offers a weather tight seal because of the weight of the lid. It has a built in humidity gauge.
This is an overbuilt container designed to protect sensitive equipment, not an ammo can. Very heavy and sells for over $150 in salvage surplus sites in worse condition. Just the humidity indicator plug is worth $30+ alone.
