British George III era sword.

Sword is an officer's sword that has been cut down and was reportedly used as a hunting sword/knife by a skinner. Interesting sword in heavily used condition.
Handle is loose. Folding guard is a little finicky. Sword blade shows engraving with George III sipher.
Wood grip is worn/cracked. Gold gilding on hilt and guard worn.
A great conversation piece.
