rare doll so no low balls
really good condition for its age [about 54 years old] but does need some attention/work
the doll is 21" tall [not 8" like the more common Mdm Alexander dolls]
the doll's head is perfect, the eyes open and close smoothly, the hair has all its hairpins and needs some primping as does the hat
the red velvet dress is in prefect condition as are all the undergarments
the head was originally connected to the legs with a very strong rubber band that has snapped due to age and needs to be replaced
the tension in the shoes' elastic is also loose
the doll is missing earrings and necklace
but has both gloves and a replacement glove
overall the doll is beautiful, rare, unique and full of history
