Pins:
1.Army-Navy "E" Award pin, also known as the Army-Navy Production Award pin, from World War II. Pin is marked “sterling” on the back. The award was created in July 1942 to recognize companies and organizations for "Excellence in Production" ("E") of war equipment. The award consisted of a pennant for the company's production plant and a pin for each employee. Only about 5% of the over 85,000 companies involved in wartime production earned this distinction.
2.Aid Association for Lutherans (AAL) pin. This organization was a fraternal benefit society founded in 1902. In 2001, it merged with Lutheran Brotherhood to become Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. The pin is arched text and a cross-like symbol.
3.1996 Atlanta Olympics pin. This is a square pin with the American flag, and the Olympic rings is a collectible from the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics.
