This painting has never been displayed, and has been stored indoors, in a smoke-free, climate-controlled environment. Since it has been sold-out for many years, it is only available on the secondary market or in private collections.
This painting measures 24" H x 20" W, (not including the frame) and comes mounted in the Kinkade "Walnut" frame along with the original Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs (approx. $150). Painting is located in Southern California and is available for inspection and pick up to save on shipping charges.
