This is an extra-large vintage Garfield Halloween tote bag. It has a Velcro closure and is in great condition since it was owned only by an adult. My sister was a huge Garfield fan who was always adding to her collection.
There are a couple of tiny marks near the bottom which are hardly noticeable.
The bag measures approximately 16 by 18 inches, not counting the straps.
