Our organization is dedicated to improving the lives of each patient that walks through our door. We are centered around healthcare and the betterment of one’s life. We are looking for an experienced, strong operations manager who is passionate about health and wellness and improving the quality of the lives of others.

We have 5 individual offices located throughout California. Each location is staffed with a solid team and manager, which will be your direct junior, and will facilitate in ensuring all proper operations are met and performance is exceeded. The outcome of the position is well-functioning, fully staffed and trained, stable offices, running efficiently, with all policies in and reaching/exceeding goals.

Our ideal candidate exuberates professionalism and positivity and is able to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment. We pride ourselves in the skill level and standards of our existing staff, so we are looking for someone to fit that mold and work well with our existing team of professionals.

Job Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

-Improve and maintain the operational systems, processes and policies in support of our mission
-Develop short and long-term business strategies with upper management and oversee successful implementation
-Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
-Provide constant training to existing personnel to constantly improve each staff member’s skill set
-Manage hiring and termination needs and necessity levels but also ensuring our payroll budget is not exceeded while monitoring employee turn over.
-Manage and oversee logistics to ensure each location has proper tools and equipment necessary to perform their job efficiently.
-Manage and help oversee budgets set forth by the company and work at constantly cutting costs.
-Run company and office staff meetings
-Create/Maintain an overall great company culture, harboring and developing individuals ready for advancement.
-Visit each office (all in the LA metro area) at least once a week to ensure fully functioning and stable office.

Job Requirements:
-5+years management experience
-Owns reliable transportation, valid drivers license and up-to-date auto insurance
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Great computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
-Hard working, positive individual
-Excellent Problem Solver and out of the box thinker
V-ery organized

Hours, Pay & Benefits:
-Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with hour lunch. Some nights and weekends may be required
-Travel is required, which could be up to 70% of work-week. Travel expenses paid for by company
-Compensation: $60K - $75K base, plus month bonus based on performance targets.
