Brand Ambassador/Business Development (Irvine)

Responsibilities - Leverage best in class email tools to send outbound emails

Keep in constant contact with our existing client base to maintain relationships and develop sales opportunities via cold call and/or email

Listen to the clients' needs and act on them in real time

Develop new contacts for our clients through tools such as Account Based Research (ABR) via LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, sourcing trade shows, and other databases

Update CRM with new leads, contact information and qualifying questions - Clearly communicate client product descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions

Collect insights into a client’s marketing, sales channels and objectives

Manage incoming leads from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing “cold” to “hot” emails and calls (occasionally) to develop new business

Identify market opportunities, process improvements, and facilitate market feedback

A/B test various formats and constantly improve conversion rates

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience

Email calendar and prospect sourcing expertise - CRM experience and lead generation mastery

Results oriented and great at multi-tasking

Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment (self-starter mindset) - Stay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the social marketing realm

Proven record of exceeding monthly objectives and attention to key metrics

Bonus points if you have:

Experience engaging with CPG brands, ranging from startups to Fortune 1000s to agencies - Product categories of notable interest: Food & Beverage, Snacks, Skincare, Cosmetics, Women’s & Children’s goods

Great deck and creative design chops

B2B marketing & sales experience in the influencer/social/media space

Prior experience working at a B2B lead generation agency Compensation dependent on experience and more importantly, performance. It is expected that this role will rapidly become a full-time hire.
