Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales data and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and identify trends.
• Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, etc.), ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, and social media initiatives.
• Conduct thorough competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategy development.
• Assist with website QA and user experience testing to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in marketing, creative, and operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proven previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, or marketing role (either through employment or academic projects).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is preferred as the role will communicate with Chinese contract manufacturers on a regular basis
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Amazon) and basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva is a bonus.
