Yamaha 250 hpdi, 25 in, ran good when removed, went to four stroke I have the oil tank ignition switch and harness, the centerpiece cowl is cracked, and the upper cowl cover has some damage to it you could put a 20-in lower unit on this if you like it has a five inch removable spacer.. Btw, please know what you are looking for before responding, if you're looking for a 20 horsepower or something this is not it, if you are looking for something for nothing, this is not it, if you are looking for a high horsepower to stroke, this is it, but please please please reasonable questions only, thank you,i
