Yamaha 250 hpdi, 25 in,, ran good when removed, always dealer service in Havasu, had to go to four stroke in Cal I have the oil tank ignition switch and harness, the centerpiece cowl is cracked, and the upper cowl cover has damage to it where the shop dropped it .. Btw, please know exactly what you are looking for before responding, if you're just shopping by price, this is not it, if you are looking for something for nothing, this is not it, if you are looking for a high horsepower high performance 2 stroke, this is it, but please please please, do your research, know what the market price is for 250 HP outboards, then think about responding ...or not, thank you reasonable questions only, thank you,i
