1970 Grand Banks 36 classic. Hull #162 Grand Banks built their boats out of wood until 1974. This boat is a woodie and not fiberglass.
Boat has been a rock solid liveaboard for 5 years. Health and relocating forces sale.
Twin Lehman 120's with approximately 2500 original hours.
Aft starboard bunk professionally converted for larger bunk.

Boat needs to be painted and varnished. Had a quote from last year at BajaNaval in Ensenada for 9 grand to completely repaint and refinish entire boat. Once done, boat is easily worth 40k. My loss is your gain.
Boat is currently in San Diego. There is no slip for the boat. It is on a guest slip.You will need to find a slip for it as soon as sale is complete.
