Beautiful 50 ft Columbia - $30,000 (Newport Beach)

Unfortunately I have come to realize that you need a lot of money to house a boat this big!! Plus many other things that seem to constantly demand more money to be put into the boat!! I just simply can’t afford a boat like this!!
The last owner purchased the boat for 55,000 and put another 50,000 in upgrades and repairs like all the wiring,engine, new transmission ,complete restoration of the interior and teak finish!! The boat has everything!! Sails are in great condition with an additional 5 sails stored in the compartments!! I honestly has very little experience to give you a breakdown on all the items that are included in the purchase of the sailboat!!
If you are serious about acquiring a boat that can sail you around the world and not have to spend a million dollars this is possibly the one for you!! I am in no hurry to sell it!! And will in the mean time just be enjoying it and cleaning,polishing and doing whatever I can to make it a little more beautiful!!
