Authors Allan Reid and Jim Lorenz are the curriculum lead and a CCNA/CCNP instructor at the Centennial College CATC in Toronto, Canada. Allan is a professor in the Information and Communications Engineering Technology department and an instructor and program supervisor for the School of Continuing Education at Centennial College.
