Urban Workshop is the only workspace and small business community where you can start or grow your business, develop your products, and be around others just like you, in a supportive environment with access nearly a million dollars of manufacturing equipment included in your membership.

We are setup as a membership-based workshop that works the same way as a gym. In exchange for monthly dues, you come and go as you please, make whatever you want, using our tools to do it. All the with the support of knowledgeable and supportive staff that can help guide you along the way.
The member community is the real secret to your success. The smartest and most genuinely helpful people work here because they know it is easier together than alone. The depth of talent walking the shop is the reason you will succeed here. Other members are your resources for engineering, manufacturing, and business support. Any problem you think you have, there is someone here who has done before and can guide you thru it.

NEED ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SOFTWARE? Use the computer lab with SolidWorks, Autodesk, and Adobe products
NEED SIGNAGE? Cut your own custom designs on the vinyl cutter for wall and window graphics, die cut stickers, silk screens, and vehicle graphics.
NEED TOOLING? Make it yourself or hire another member to make it for you on our CNC machines.
NEED STAFF? Hire other members as needed. Get to know them and see what they can do before you hire them.
NEED STORAGE FOR TOOLS, MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS? One site storage makes it possible to run your entire business onsite and ship right out the back door.

• Laser etching and cutting studio featuring 3 Epilog Helix laser etchers
• Full Machine shop including Haas TM-2P VMC CNC Mill with HSM Works CNC programming software, Bridgeport mills and machinist’s lathes
• Auto shop complete with automotive specific tools, 5 auto lifts, and tire machine & balancer
• Welding and fabrication shop with Miller TIG and MIG welders, oxy/acetylene torches, and surface plates with fixturing.
• Torchmate 4800 CNC Plamsa cutter
• Complete professional metal shop with English wheel, shrinker stretcher, shear, brake, and bead roller plus 2 Bead blaster cabinets
• Sewing and fabrics area for clothing, prop making, costumes, sewing, cosplay, and industrial projects including Juki Sewing Machines (Industrial single needle, walking foot, and Serger) and a 4-color silk screening machine
• Plastics and composites shop including Morgan plastic injection molding machine, 4’ x 2’ bed Belovac vacuum former, silicone molding vacuum cart and high-pressure vessel for detail mold work, vacuum pumps and resin traps for vacuum bagging and resin infusion of composites
• Complete professional wood shop for cabinet making and carpentry with Laguna woodshop equipment including: Smartshop 4'x8' CNC router, table saw, router, jointer, mortiser, shaper, oscillating sander, drill press, miter saws, clamps, planer, and Craftsman hand and power tools
• Dimension Elite FDM 3D printer for 3D printing and prototyping
• Large Computer lab featuring Solidworks™ and Autodesk 3D engineering and design software, Adobe Creative Cloud, Corel Draw, Arduino software, a large format printer, and more
• Vinyl cutter for creating graphics, signage, and custom stickers
• Electronics lab for Arduino, robotics, drones, circuit boards including oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, National Instruments Virtual Bench, electronics hand tools, wire stripping and termination tools
