I run an apartment complex and have accumulated some bikes that past residents have left. I saved about six good ones for anybody who needs a last minute present.
I also have a piano, surfboard, golf travel bag, and a barbecue. Honestly, I really just want them gone and maybe replenish some of the association petty cash.
