You're looking at a BH ULTIMATE size XL (fits 5'9-6'2 riders) with the best of the 2015 best. The bike has added new 125mm eThirteen dropper post and remote lever. This bike has the XX World Cup Carbon Crown fork with remote hydraulic lock out! 100mm. Recently serviced. The drive train is updated to 1X11 SRAM XX and a 30T Wolf Tooth chain ring. Years ago, the fame was cracked on the drive side seat stay, the crack was repaired in 2016 and has been ridden extensively since then. It is an ugly repair (C pictures), but that seat stay is likely stronger than the other un-cracked side. Bike was ridden hard for years, the frame is solid to ride. It is an XL geometry frame that ironically would be sized a medium/Large in most modern geometries. The head tube is more slack like todays cross country bikes. The wheels are the super durable and light Bontrager RXL 29'ers. They are true, round, and the bearings are running super smooth. Currently set up tube less with a Bontrager XR2 Team in the rear, and a Maxxis Ardent Race 29X2.3 on the front. The bike as pictured weighs 23lbs 6 oz. That's with a dropper and pedals. If I ran lighter pedals and a solid carbon post (I have the post) the bike weighs 22.0 lbs!! So it is VERY light and fast on the climbs and flats. Perfect set up for a very fast (and affordable) XC bike. All the bells and whistles are on this very well maintained bike.
Please look at the pictures and hit me up with any questions. I am only selling because I am 61 now and really need to ride a full suspension eBike type off road. This BH Ultimate ha been hanging in my garage for over a year now completely unused. So sad. If you are headed to "Over the Hump" , Leadville, or even the High school mountain bike league, grab this bike a rip the competition up at a fraction of the cost. This hardtail 29'er retailed at around $6000, no dropper either.
